Having painted & sewn most of her life, Kathryn brings 30+ years of love and experience with paint, fabric & product design to your special day. A former product designer for Hallmark Cards, Kathryn uses her keen sense of color and composition to create handcrafted designs that range from adorably endearing to strikingly stunning. Her custom painting keepsake atelier joins her portfolio of wedding businesses prided on bringing style and design to weddings such as The Vow Exchange Chapels (now Cakewalk Chapels), Altar & Aisle and others.

On a personal note…

As a child of adoption, Kathryn understands the deep connection between family members joined by choice and not blood. For this reason, marriage & weddings hold a special place in her heart. Married to her husband Mel for over 20 years, Kathryn delights in celebrating the act of selecting one’s family through marriage by creating products and experiences that enhance the emotions of the day. “Over the years I find more joy in my wedding anniversary than in my own birthday. I take great pride in my marriage, my chosen family, and the love and dedication that we both put in everyday.”
